mortage foreclosure

What is the name of your state? PA
I am going through a divorce. The house is going up for foreclosure I am not on the loan but I am on the deed. Am I liable for the mortgage payments.

If you are not a signatory on the mortgage, you have no liability to the lender.

However, if you were granted the house in the divorce, you may have liability civilly to ex and be in contempt of court under the divorce terms. Depends on what was ordered. Read your decree.
