Recently purchased a house for$ 130k on a 30 yr mortgage.Joint ownership with wife.
I as the principaa and her as co-signer.Want to remove myself as the principal completely. for personal reasons. What are the implications of such a move especially to my credit rating. and elsewhere.

P.S- wife can afford mortgage payments by herself.from this point on.
