Mortgage Bank/Credit reporting

What is the name of your state?
New Jersey. Please, I have a question regarding home foreclosures and how they are reported to the credit reporting agencys. I had a temporary financial set-back last year, which inevitably affected my mortgage payments, and thus I ended up with a 60-day late payment. After 60 days and before 90 days, I contacted the Mortgage bank in order to provide and explaination and to try and work something out with them. I also had my home for sale and had an accepted offer that we were working on. This information this mortgage bank was aware of. All of the above took place between Oct 2004 and Dec 2004. I ended up closing on my home in January 2005 and paid off the mortgage due, including late payments. I am now checking my credit reports and see that on all three agencys, the loan was listed as "Foreclosure" and on the experian report, they went as after as commenting that the credit grantor reclaimed the property to settle defaulted mortgage, all of which is a down right lie! I sold the home on my own! Now, to try and make a LONG story short (which I can never do!), I disputed the information on these reports and was just informed by equifax that upon reviewing my information, this mortgage banker refuses to change the report. I then contacted the bank myself and ended speaking with, well, a rather odd representative who informed me that they can list anything they want and will not consider changing their information. Is this true? This is a serious blemish on my otherwise "good" credit (my scores are in the high 600's) What can I do now? Please advise? Thank you for your time.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
