mortgage broker

I live in texas and have been working with a mortgage broker for over 3 months. She is draging her feet and won't get it done. I've payed the application fee she required to process the application. what can I do? Can i file a suite? Need help!!!

Without more info it is hard to say but if you have a very straight forward loan, good credit, documentation, etc then that is a long time. Even if it is a difficult loan to place that is a long time.

Take him or her to small claims for the app refund and see what happens and find another broker. If you have lousy credit, want 100% loan, and trying for a no doc it may be difficult for anyone to place the loan.

What does you agent or Atty tell you to do?
