| Mortgage Company Abuse of Seniors!!!
What is the name of your state? Massachusetts - My parents recently completed the payment of their 30 year mortgage, only to find out that because the company made an error in calculating their payment some 28 years ago (by 6$ per month), they still have a balance of $11,000!!! The company refuses to tell them why this error occurred, but wants them to pay the money in a lump sum. The note clearly states that the mortgage is completed by June 1, 2005, but the company also refuses to answer their lawyer. What else can we do? This is clearly some sort of mortgage fraud. The Company is Dovenmuehle mortgage company. |
