Mortgage Company falsified information on my contract

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Georgia

Mortgage company used number manipulation on my contract such as income, 401K, spouses income swapped, 7 day rescind period to 3 days, and gave misleading information. I have been doing research on this paticular company and found that they actually have a class action law suit against them from other states. Do I have a case?

Have you been damaged?

Case for what, have you been harmed? IE Twisted, Can you see a Tort?
