Mortgage company won't correct their errors

What is the name of your state? I live in Illinois. I want to know what laws or mortgage regulations my mortgage company has broken with what's taken place on my account. My mortgage company did file foreclosure in 7/2007, of which I take full responsibility, and I borrowed money to get out of the foreclosure. With the second and final installment to reinstate my loan, the first monthly payment started in 11/2007 reverting back to the original loan. The amount that I needed to reinstate included my 2005 & 2006 property taxes, payments, late fees and attorney fees. Since that time and with being employed, I have made my mortgage payments on time and paying through Western Union Quick Collect. At first I did this because I would be close to the due date (end of the month) when I would have all the monies needed to make my payment. Now I use this method because I have not received any statements since before 7/2007. Also, I have not been allowed to make my payments online, payments are being misapplied, incessant barrage of phone calls, escrow was added to my account 5/2008 for the amount to pay my 2005 & 2006 property taxes even though I already paid that amount to reinstate my mortgage, payment amount increased for the horrendous escrow error (though I continue paying what I actually owe each month), mortgage did not send the payment for 2005 & 2006 property taxes until 5/2008 (again, I paid them that money in full by 11/2007), incorrectly reporting to credit bureaus of late payments resulting in higher insurance premiums. I have contacted the mortgage company several times before and after my loan switched hands, and 3 of those times I spoke with a so-called manager. In 11/2008 I sent the CEO a fax with the timeline and what errors his staff has made to my account. Still nothing has been corrected! I would like to proceed with a civil suit and try for punitive damages, but I don't know what kind of attorney handles this type of case. I spoke with a local attorney who handles real estate, but he said he isn't versed on the mortgage laws-regulations, though he said if my mortgage company files foreclosure again that I could hire him to represent me. Any suggestions?
