Mortgage/Deed


What is the name of your state? Massachusetts

My brother is trying to buy his first piece of property with his girlfriend.

He has all of the down payment she does not have anything. They told me that they will be both be on the mortgage but only his name will be on the deed. My brother is 50 years old and has just met this women 3 months ago.

What must he do to protect his investment. If loses this property to her he will be homeless.

Thanks for any information you may have.
