What is the name of your state?FL
We have had problems with our mortgage company in the past so this was nothing new to us. We sent our mortgage payment return reciept, cerfited ,prioity was received on 10/05/05 at 10:40AM it is now 10/15/05 and they say they have not received payment at this time it has not cleared the bank yet. it is now in research. |

| | | Can't help you with the missing check issue, but I did want to mention a couple of things. You might to verify with the lender that the account will not be charged a late fee. Also, you might want to consider setting the account up on automatic draft. However, since the lender is showing the account as past due (per your other post) then you're probably not going to be able to do that until the issue is resolved and they show the account as current. | |
