mortgage question

What is the name of your state? ma.

when refinancing or selling to a family member, do i have to get a title 5 done?
in the past refinance i did not have to.

If the lender requires it. It's basically to ensure your septic system is up to par and notably mainly done on FHA or VA loans. The non-arms length transaction has nothing to do with this.
