| | | Mortgage (refi) process
My broker said he is waiting for the title from title company on our refi....would there be any reason the title company would not release this? He didn't seem concerned but I don't know what the holdup is. Also, when they release the title, does this mean our previous mortgage has been paid by our new lender?....this is all new to me...my husband usually handles this, but he's letting me do it this time (thanks hon)--
Any insight you have would be appreciated |
