mortgage sold to another lender, what are my options?

My mortgage was recently sold by my lender to a new lender. Not only does the new lender require an escrow cushion (whereas my old lender didn't), but I have read a number of poor business practice articles by my new lender.

Can I protest the sale? Can I legally require my new mortgage lender to maintain the same servicing standards? I feel like I've been bullied and that my rights have been stripped away.
