Mortgage when taxes are owedTexas - when trying to sell a home that has a backlog of state taxes of about 10 years. Is this possible if it is disclosed at time of closing that taxes are owed and will be paid in full before the transfer of title by the mortgage company? Just trying to make sure a family member isn't hurt in the process. Thanks |
