What is the name of your state? GA

I have a title dispute with a bank. They have already received a judgment granting writ of possession and now an order to compel rent.
The judges keep stating that it is a title issue and asking the plaintiff if I've challenged the foreclosure sale that was held on Feb 1, 2005. How do I challenge the foreclosure sale? Do I file a counterclaim? ifso, what do I say? I have appealed it all the way to superior court. Please advise if you can help.
