mtion for summary judgement h for home fore closure

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana
Can summone please advice me how to respond to a motion for summary judgement in home foreclosure case.I recieved this on Jan 27th. I have to respond to this ASAP.

I have been working with the bank. they did ask me to fillup a workout packet. Now I am getting all these summons and motion for summary jusdgment.
I need help please.
