my rights when mgmt of lien holder gives noticeWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA I have received notice from property mgmt company due to foreclosure sale on my home, I'd like to find out my rights as far length of time I have to re-locate? I also have a tenant who rents a room from me, does that give me a bit more time? I have also heard of something called cash in lieu of keys? Is this valid in California? or is this program solely for tenants? |

**A: the program is called a deed lin lieu of foreclose or cash for keys and is applicable to homeowners, not tenants ( since tenants do not own the property) |
