Is my wife on the house title (2 deeds of trust)?

I puchased our current house before I was married, and the pri**** mortgage included a deed of trust in just my name. My wife and I just signed documents for a 2nd mortgage (HELOC), and the deed of trust for this one is in both our names.

I'm confused as to whether or not my wife's name is now on the house title. Do I need to file a Quit Claim or Warranty deed to add her to the title, or does the 2nd deed of trust establish that?

A: Your wife is not on title. If you want her on title, hire a real estate lawyer.
