Need 2 Stop Foreclosure


What is the name of your state? TX, I AM 21 MOS BEHIND IN PAYMENTS 2 CITIMORTGAGE.I HAVE FILED BANKRUPTCY 3 TIMES AND IT HAS BEEN DISCHARGED EVERY TIME.I WAS CALLED A HABITUAL FILER AND TOLD I COULD NOT FILE AGAIN FOR 180 DAYS.I HAVE A FHA CONV. LOAN, THIS IS MY FIRST MORTGAGE. I HAVE ONLY ONE.IS THERE ANYTHING THAT I CAN DO TO STOP THE SELL TOMARROW?07-05-2005

Sorry the only way that you could have possibly stop the sell
is that
1. hire attorney to stop and
2. at same time listed the home for sale with a realtor

and no all the profits will go to the bank..you should have sold when you had the chance.

not sure if this Applies in Texas but most states does.

sorry meant to say with the sentence somewhere...

1 . that since he has already filed Bankruptcy and have stop the foreclosures process 3 times, that there was nothing he could have done becuase the bank wants the money now (the banks alway win-2nd worst organisation to deal with after the IRS-lol )

and maybe he could have done the following

2. hire someone to sell the home and maybe come out with some money
if he has some equity left on the home.

Don't you think it would have behooved you to have tried to do something about this BEFORE they decided to sell your house???
You can come up with the money and bid on your house...that would be the only way you are going to get it back now...
