Need to get qualified for a mortgage!

Hello all, I have been planning of taking a mortgage loan and in this perspective I have been getting the necessary information. What are the necessary requirements that are required to get qualified for a mortgage?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

you will need income, an acceptable credit history and some cash. You may want to consider attending a homebuyer class provided by a HUd approved, non-profit housing counselor:
