Question

need to know where i stand

What is the name of your state? florida

my husband is purchasing a condo in florida where we reside and he is using a cosigner to bring down his interest rate...how does that affect my ownership, if any, in the condo? dont even know if i would be entitled to any part of it since there is someone else involved....my name is not on mortgage because my credit wasnt strong enough and would have made the rate worse

thank you for your help

Your husband and the co-signer will on the Note as Pri**** and Co-Borrowers. You can sign as Non-Obligor and be on the Deed to property and not be responsible for repayment of the loan as they are.
