I have several issues:
1. My mortgage sends me letters saying I owe certain amount which would out me 4-5 months behind on my mortgage - which i'm not. So when i call to talk to someone there, they have a different amount that I owe which puts me a month behind - (which I'll get to). I get a letter every day from my mortgage company stating I'm behind and owe $$ and the amount is different in each letter, when i talk to someone they have a different amount, etc. I've asked and recieved ( a year later i might add) a paymen schedule and according to that and my back statement, I'm only a half payment behind. Now, this is an FHA loan, is there someone there I can talk to, to try and get this straighted out with my mortgage company? Each letter threatens foreclosure but when i call they say i'm not that far behind, and i'm only a month behind - stay with me).

2. When i send extra money to my mortgage they put the money in unapplied funds then charge me a late fee, is this normal and why are they doing that?

3. Now the reason i'm behind (per the company) back in march of 04 the company i refinance with was bought by another company,and my march payment got lost some where and some how. Now i sent in the canceled check and backn statement and that was still not good enough. what else can i do to prove paid my march payment?


any help or suggestions would be greatly apprecaited. what do i need to do to prove i paid my march payment and show i'm current so they don't try to foreclose?

Oh this place also puts a portion of my payment in unapllied funds which makes me look late, and they charge me a late fee, and they cash my check prior to posting it to my account, what can i do about that?
