nightmare re-fi

Arizona. What legal rights do we have as we have cleared our 3 day recision period, and funding has not posted. According to Title Co, it will not happen today as agreed to. Thank you for any advice.

Is today the third day of recision? Recision is three FULL business days...ie..close on a Friday...Monday is the first day of recision ...tues the 2nd...Wed the 3rd...funding on Thursday...

When you called the refi company why did they say the funds were not transferred as agreed?
