sold mobile on property, no foundation 2 yrs. ago, hold a 2nd deed of trust, another private party holds first, buyers are almost 2 months due on pym, are late every month, are not paying tax's and are constantly being canceled on there insurance, are also destroying place, neither note holder has time or money to foreclose. Is there any other avenue beside foreclosure or deed in lieu.

yes there is a deed, and a promissory note the mobile sits on 3/4 of a acre
