notice of voluntary dismissal of defendants?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
We were recently served with foreclosure papers. We were in the process of working out a reinstatement plan, but had not paid the reinstatement costs yet. Yesterday I received a letter from the attorney containing a voluntary dismissal of defendents. In the same letter was a plantiff's motion for summary judgement including hearing to tax attorneys fees and costs. What does this mean? Are they dismissing the case? Or are they trying to get a summary judgement without a hearing?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Ask the person who sent you the documents your questions.

Request that the answers be put in writing in a letter to you.
