NV Foreclosure eviction processWhat is the name of your state? NEVADA What rights does the beneficiary have after the foreclosure auction when the property doesn't sell? When does the beneficiary get to take physical possession? If the foreclosed 'owners' are still living in the property when can the bene move in &/or get them out? Title company is of no help. They say that they just handle the foreclosure and that evicting the 'owners' is up to the beneficiary. Thank you. |

| Assuming the beneficiary inherited the owner financed loan for the property, the beneficiary would take possession when proper legal procedures were followed for the foreclosure and eviction. If you do not know how to search for and find those procedures, hire an attorney. You might start here http://www.leg.state.nv.us/nrs/NRS-040.html |
