One Month behind Morgage

I am one month behind my mortgage payment, short of $$ from working temporary job and had to go out of town and miss two weeks of work because of family death. Anyway, the mortgage company wants a financial analysis paperwork to work with me on this. Is that unusual, will they use it against me, to say I can't afford the house. I would have been fine with my payments if not for the family emergency and having to pay for oil at the same time. Any advice is appreciated. I just want to know if this is fixable. I have never been in this poor of a financial position before and it's scary and nerve wracking. Thanks.

**A: no, it is not unusual. Give them what they need and show them the $$$$.

Gee tell me something I don't know!!! I am just trying to make it through this mess when my temp job will become permanent in July which will increase my salary to an acceptable level. I do appreciate your input, contructive criticism is helpful, if you are going to point out an issue, offer a solution!!! Thanks

Has your Mortgage company agreed to put off your payments until July?

**A: of course not. Santa Claus Savings & Loan does not allow that.

hmmmm

Actually I was gonna say, they are just going to give me the house, they realize I have been having such a rough year, I don't need the hassle of a house payment. After that, monkeys are going to fly out of my butt!!!!!!

On a more serious note, here's another link he (your mortgage rep.) may find useful if he doesn't already know about it: http://www.brokeruniverse.com/grapevine, it's nothing but brokers helping each other out w/ hard to place loans.
