owner finance/contract for deed

What is the name of your state? Missouri
I am selling my home owner finance/contract for deed-I still owe on home-what documents do I need to use for transaction

Especially in Missouri, I discourage people from doing contracts for deed. But if you insist, I strongly urge you to go to a lawyer who will protect YOUR interests.

The lawyer should write up the contract to cover everything that can go bad here: death, divorce, bankruptcy, etc.
