Paid off second Mortgage question

What is the name of your state? Texas

Ok I bought a home about 5 months ago it had a second lien with the man we bought it from. We paid the second lien off last week. He filed a Release Of Second Lien at the county court house. Is that all we have to do for that legally. I just want to makes sure somewhere down the road he cant come back and say oh you owe me $10,000 more dollars. After this is filed at the courthouse the second lien is considered released correct. We pad him $54,000 back in less than 5 months. Any input would be greatful.
