What is the name of your state? TNWhat are my options if I cannot get my mortgage company to approve my Partial Release Agreement to sell my neighbor 0.843 acres of my land? I have already spent over $600 and my neighbor has spent over $400 to complete the mortgage company's requirements.

Yes. The the one I sent them has the Value before selling and the value after selling the 0.843 acres of land.

Yes I have the letter that states the requirements to meet the partial release.
