Please Help!!!

What is the name of your state? TEXAS

My home was recently foreclosed upon and the home sold for more than what was owed and according to my rights I should receive the overage....But I do not know how to go about obtaining this overage, can anyone please help or point me in the right direction?

Does what you "owed" include all the court and Atty fees incurred as well? Contact the lending institution and ask them how you go about recovery of the funds.

How long ago was the property sold?
