What is the name of your state? TEXAS
My home was recently foreclosed upon and the home sold for more than what was owed and according to my rights I should receive the overage....But I do not know how to go about obtaining this overage, can anyone please help or point me in the right direction?

| | | Does what you "owed" include all the court and Atty fees incurred as well? Contact the lending institution and ask them how you go about recovery of the funds.
