please help need information

What is the name of your state? Mississippi

My wife's grandparents got a loan for about $50,000 on a manufactured home and are no longer able to make payments due to their health conditions and are, in the near future, about to have to make the transition into an assisted living facility. They need to know what, if any, action(s) the comapny can take against them. Their only source of income is from her grandfather's military retirement and both of their's Social Security payments. The original company that the loan was processed through went out of business and the loan was sold to another company. Please help with this so that they may have a more peaceful experience through this ordeal. They have tried selling the property and renting it out, but with no success.
