Pleasssssssssee help

What is the name of your state? florida
i start a small restuarant and it does not going well but i'm trying to hold on to my restuarant. in order to keep a restuarant i will have to give up my home, so it will be forecloses soon. can the lender put a lien on my restuarant? what is the process of forecloses and how long will it takes before they kick me out?. What can i do to prevent them from putting a lien on my business. if i change from sole proprietorship to coroperation will it help not to have lien on the busisness? please help thank you very much
