POA letterWhat is the name of your state? Connecticut I had Indymac bank aprove a POA letter - I left the coutry and at the closing they deny aproving it . The POA letter was not especific for the transaction but I didn't know what was needed and the Bank itself eccepted . They cost me a lot of money and time - I had to come back from out of the coutry to close the loan . Its there anything I can do to hold them responsable for this mistake ? |
