I am a homewoner of a Condominium unit and I received a Notice of Default - Right to Cure from my mortgage company attorneys. At the time I was suppose to cure the default I only had enough money cure my Mortgage payments and not my common charges. I recently paid the back common charges and my payments are now current. They sent all my payments back to me. I will continue to send my U.S. postal money orders. I received a Summons and Notice by regular mail from the Mortgage Company attorneys but the document has no index number on it so I am unable to answer it. I recently re-sent my payments but they have not returned them as of yet. What should I do? How do I know if this document is official because it has no index number on it? What happened to the Summons and Notice with Compalint? I feel like they are trying to scare me. I am lost and do not know what to do. I am being harrassed by the Super of the Condominium. He does not clean my side of the hall anymore. Please help me.
