Power of Attorney

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?
North Carolina

I am trying to get a Second Mortgage and need a Power of Attorney from my wife. She is in the last stages of Alzheimer's and I do not have a Power of Attorney. I need help in this matter.

**A: get an attorney and let him/her worry about the power.

You do need an Atty who can go to court and get you appointed her guardian.

This is why it is VERY important that EVERYONE takes care of such matters NOW not when a SO is seriously ill.
