What is the name of your state? Alabama
I am in the same boat as other's; it appears. I need to rid myself of my current mortgage and scale down due to recent lay offs. I have a house and 25 acres, wooded and open, workshop, dog kennels, chicken coop and stocked pond. I owe $238k. I want to, scale down to a manufactured home on a couple of acres and less payment.
