Problem exgirlfriend

What is the name of your state? Florida
I have a home owned by me and my exgirlfriend. I have been paying the full mortgage payment since she moved out two years ago. I am building a new home and it will be done in a few weeks. I have had the other house on the market for a few months but nothing as of yet. I have asked the ex to pay half of the mortgage and unkeep (pool, grounds & hot tub) until it is sold after I move out. She has refused yet expects to collect half of the profit when it does sell with out helping paying for it. I can't afford to pay two house payments until it is sold. What is my legal option with out forclosing? We both would profit from the sell, I don't know what to do to keep both properties going with out her help as it would benefit both of us if she would help. Can I force her to help or do I have to take her to court?
