Property Lien , help

What is the name of your state? Indiana

How do you do a lien against property (not a mechanics lien).
How do you go about it and can you legally take 1/2 of the rent that is being paid on this land?
Also, does Indiana Law override a court order from Arizona when the property is in Indiana?

Please help.
