property liensWhat is the name of your state? ca, i am currently refinancing my home, code enforcment has placed a lien against my property which will not allow any new lenders to be put on title, the lien was placed because of an "illegal structure" . can they do this. also i had recieved a citation by mail stating that they were going to lien my home for nonpayment for work that the city performed, there was only the citation and no work was performed, i believe that this is where the lien comes from... help please can my house be liend legally for these reasons? |
