What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ

We closed on the sale of our home in April, 2008. Purchaser assumed my loan. After the close, USAA refunded 8 months of homeowner's insurance premium. Mortgage company says they put the $ into the purchaser's escrow account and told me I would have to contact the purchaser to arrange to have them give me the funds.

What should I do?

thanks,
