Question about possible foreclosure

I live in Ok and my mortgage co sent me a letter requesting back payment on my land. When I called to tell them that I was sending the money they said that they did not want it. What do I do at this point? They tried to evict me but the judge dismissed it. I have not received any other paperwork from the co. By the way it is a real estate co. that owner financed the land. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
