| | Quit Claim Deed What is the name of your state? Michigan
I am about to file for divorce, I am about to purchase a trailer for myself and my children. I am bowing out of the house and giving sole owner ship to my husband.
I am not on the mortage, but my name is on the title, I want to do a quit claim deed, How do I go about this, I contacted the real estate agency, they dont do it anymore, I contacted the title cmpany, they wont do one for a divorce situation.
Does a real estate lawyer do this for me, what do I need to have for him / her, and how much approx will this cost in michigan? Thaks sorry for tons of questions. |

Let me see if I have this correct. You're thinking of signing away your entire equity share OF A HOUSE and you're actually, and actively, looking to buy and move into a trailer? Are you originally from Alabama?
What's wrong with this picture?
