What is the name of your state? California
My wife and i are in the process of getting a HELOC. Since my fico scores are to low , my wife name will be the only name on the loan. One of the lenders condition is for me to sign a Quit claim/ Grant Deed prior to funding. How soon after she closes escrow, can she add my name back on the title ?
