| | | Quitclaim Deed
What is the name of your state? Florida
My father just passed away and did not leave anything to my mother. There is a quickclaim deed that I found. Is this enough for her so she can get her name on the mortgage. I tried to understand what a quitclaim deed is but I guess I don't seem to understand. Please help. |
