RE taxes in foreclosure

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NEVADA
In Las vegas, if i buy a home for CASH, and walk away from a mortgage,
can the city place a lien on my new property for taxes i don't pay on the old property that gets foreclosed upon?
