Refinance And Foreclosure

FLORIDA

We live in florida and have just refinanced our home 100% . We are however looking to foreclose. Can you tell me what the process is, what the consequences are and the credit damage and if it can be repaired. Also the home is only in my name, will it affect my husbands credit ?

Thank you
