| |  Refinance / Title Questions
What is the name of your state? CA
My wife and I wanted to refinance our house. Currently, there are three names on the title and on the mortgage. One of the person on the title is missing in another country for many years and is no where to be found. Can we remove the person's name on the mortgage and title? If so, how do we go about doing this? Thank you. |

| | | Consult an Atty but it might take some time and money to accomplish this. You can not just go poof and it disappears they will have to sign for it to be released or you do not have clear title. |
