What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Q: I want to refinance my personal residence where ~50% is in a Irrevocable By-Pass Trust from my deceased husband's assets, and the other 50% is in my Survivor Trust.
1. Are there any suggestions on how to do this?
2. Does anyone know of lenders who will loan on a property with Title held in this manner.
3. Pls advise.

Is there a mortgage on it now? If so, is the trust making the mortgage payments, or are you? Are you taking cash out or merely dropping the interest rate?? Who is the trustee?

To have any chance, you need to see an attorney who will review the trust and the law on the matter. I would not see the attorney who set things up in this manner.
