| Or they can give you the property. Or if they don't agree to sell to you, you could sue for partition. If they have already given you the property and it was never filed, you may be able to quiet claim. If the property has a mortgage, the bank needs to be a party to whatever is done. |

| If the other parties are on the mortgage, be prepared to refinance them off the loan so they are released from liability for the mortgage.
