What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota
Two years ago my fiancee and I purchased a house; we married in September of last year; and now she wants a separation and is moving out. We cannot sell the house now as we probably couldn't get enough to pay off the 1st and 2nd mortgages so I'd like to refinance with my brother and remove her entirely from the picture. Not sure where to begin or if this is even doable.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? |
